Process

1. Book a free discovery call:

The discovery call is our opportunity to determine if we're a good fit. During this time, we'll learn about your business and social media goals. We'll also share our expertise and how we can help you achieve your objectives.

2. Proposal/contract:

If we are a good fit, we will send you a custom proposal tailored to your goals and needs, along with a contract. All new clients begin with a six-month agreement. Once everything is signed, we are ready to start working together!

3. Onboarding process begins:

Next, we get to work on creating a comprehensive plan to elevate your social media presence. Our 4-week onboarding process includes social media strategy development, feed planning, content creation, and more. This allows us to get ahead and establish a strong foundation to build on throughout our partnership.

4. Content creation:

We’ll send you a content deck for the upcoming month, aligned with our strategy. It will include shot lists, video scripts, inspiration videos, and filming tips to make capturing content easy. Don’t worry—all you need is a tripod and an iPhone! Simply capture the content as outlined in the deck, upload it to Dropbox, and leave the rest to us.

Or, if you prefer, you can schedule a content shoot with our team, and we'll handle it for you, or we can connect you with a professional content creator in your area to assist!

5. Content Prep

Next, we edit and optimize the content-whether it’s video editing or creating custom graphics. We also write engaging captions, design cover photos, and add relevant keywords or hashtags. Once everything’s ready, we send you a batch of content for approval or revisions, all with just a click!

6. Posts go live!

Let the magic happen! Once the posts go up, we continuously monitor your account, responding to comments and DMs, and engaging with similar accounts.

7. Analytic review:

At the end of the month, we provide you with a detailed analytics report on how your posts performed. We use these insights to continually refine your social media strategy. We can send the report via email or schedule a 1-on-1 meeting to discuss and plan for the upcoming month-whichever you prefer!

Meet Ashley

Hi, I'm Ashley, the founder of Out of Office! With a bachelor's degree in PR and Advertising from Chapman University and over five years of experience in social media, I've worked with clients across various industries. I started Out of Office at the end of 2023, and now I work with clients worldwide. It’s my dream job!

Social media started as my favorite “side hustle”. I’ve always loved helping small businesses grow their accounts and build their brands.
When I started seeing real, tangible results for my clients, I knew this could be something bigger. So, I took a risk, denied a corporate job offer, and started building my own brand.
The risk paid off, and I feel so lucky for the opportunity to work with so many incredible businesses around the world.
Out of Office represents the freedom to embrace unconventional paths and let creativity be your guiding force. In a world where we consume SO much media, I want to help brands break through the noise and stand out in their space.
I grew up in Norco, California, aka Horsetown USA.
Throughout college, I worked as a wedding videographer and absolutely LOVED it! It’s where I honed my love for photography and videography.
In college I studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain and fell in love (literally). So after I graduated I got a job teaching English in Sevilla and moved across the world! I’ve lived here for over 4 years, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
